| All customers have 14 days of buyer's remorse period from the day item was delivered. Customer has the option of get money back or merchandise credit if does not like the item during the 14 days period. All sales are final after the buyer's remorse period meaning that no money will be refunded and no merchandise credit will be issue after the 14 days buyer's remorse period. All merchandise returned within the buyer's remorse period have to be sent in the original packaging accompanied with the delivery slip and the purchase receipt. Must included buyer's email and shipping tracking number. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse, physical, liquid or intentional damage. Items will be inspected carefully upon receipt before issuing refunds, credit or exchanges. Returned items with physical or liquid damages will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. KJ Digital is not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise. Suggest to add insurance. Merchandise should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable carriers. All products that are dead on arrival must be reported within 14 days after receipt of the product and will be replaced with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued with a company check. All items have one year warranty. This only applies if items have any manufacturer malfunction. Physical and liquid damages automatically avoids the warranty. There is no money devolution after buyer's remorse period. Item will be replaced with same model or similar. The purchase receipt is required in order to process exchange. |
